Returns (Within 7 Days of Delivery)
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Once the product reaches P C Solution, our technical team will inspect it.
After inspection:
If the product is found faulty or mismatched, we will either:
Send you a replacement product, or
Issue a refund within 15 working days (as per your preference).
👉 Important: Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after inspection and confirmation.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used during purchase.
Note: Payment gateway and bank transaction charges are non-refundable. The remaining amount will be refunded.
